What you can do in the chat
- Ask for a post, design, carousel or video in Arabic or English, by text, voice note or product photos.
- Approve or change the design, then the caption, with buttons on each result.
- Choose the accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), then publish now or schedule. Nothing goes out before you tap Yes.
- Run a finished post as a Facebook and Instagram ad on your own Meta ad account: set the budget per day and the days, check the total and the audience on a card, then tap to launch. Ask how your ads are doing, and pause or resume them.
- Ask what is still in progress, or write "support" to reach a person on the Adly team.
How it works
- It runs on your existing Adly account: the same brands, connected social accounts and usage limit as the web app.
- Ask for access from the Adly on WhatsApp page inside Adly. Once your account is approved, connect your number with Connect WhatsApp on the Adly on WhatsApp page (or in Profile, Integrations); the page shows when it is connected.
- Each design arrives with a stage line and buttons, so several posts can move at the same time without mixing them up.
- Everything you make in the chat also appears in Adly with your other posts.
Who it is for
- Small and medium business owners who already run their marketing through WhatsApp messages and voice notes.
- Quick everyday work from the phone: a post for today's offer, a fast change, publishing while away from the desk.
- Bigger work, such as the Brand Plan, Scene Studio videos scene by scene, landing pages and many posts at once, continues in the Adly web app on the same account.
Plans and limits
- Included on paid plans from Solo up. A free trial can use it after its first payment.
- Each brand can start 10 new posts a day in the chat. Changes to posts already started do not count.
- Posts made in the chat count toward your plan's usage limit, the same as in Adly.
Important distinctions
- Adly on WhatsApp is for the business owner and their team, not for customers.
- The WhatsApp AI agent is a different product: it answers customers on the brand's own WhatsApp Business number.
- Adly MCP connects external AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT to Adly; Adly on WhatsApp needs no other app.
