Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 20, 2026
GetAdly ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use our AI-powered social media content generation services (the "Service"), and your rights in relation to that information. By using the Service (including our website), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:
- Personal Identifiers: When you start using GetAdly, we may collect personal information such as your email address and any contact details you provide to us. If you provide business information (like your business name, industry, logos, or other brand details) to tailor your content, we will collect that as well.
- User Content: We collect the content of any requests or inputs you submit through the Service. This includes text prompts or messages you send through our website, and any files or images you upload for us to use or edit. We also collect the AI-generated outputs (posts, designs, ads, etc.) we create for you, as part of providing the Service.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect technical information when you interact with our website or Service. This may include your IP address, device type, browser type, cookies, and usage logs such as the dates and times of access, pages or features used, and other activity on our site. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and improve performance.
- Third-Party Account Data: If you choose to connect or integrate third-party accounts (for example, connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account so we can publish content on your behalf), we will collect certain information from those platforms. Specifically, for Facebook and Instagram integrations, we collect: your Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, page or account names, and access tokens required to publish content to your pages. We do not collect your personal Facebook profile information beyond what is necessary to identify and access your business pages. We access and use this information strictly to operate the Service as instructed by you (e.g., to publish posts to your connected pages) and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Facebook's Platform Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing and Improving the Service: We use your personal identifiers and user content to generate social media posts, advertisements, designs, and other marketing content at your request. For example, we feed your inputs (text prompts, images, business info) into our AI systems to create customized marketing content for you. We also use the information to operate and maintain the Service's core functionalities, such as delivering content to you and posting to your linked social media accounts with your permission.
- Communications: We use your contact information (such as your email address) to communicate with you about your requests and our Service. We may send you the generated content, confirmations, support messages, updates, and important notices. All communication will be conducted through email or other channels you authorize. By using the Service, you consent to receive service-related communications.
- Personalization: Information like your business details and past content may be used to personalize and improve the quality and relevance of the content we generate for you. This helps ensure the marketing materials fit your brand and objectives.
- Analytics and Improvements: We may use usage data and aggregated information to understand usage trends and user preferences in order to improve our Service. This includes analyzing technical performance, fixing bugs, and enhancing AI models or features. This data is generally analyzed in a way that does not identify you personally.
- Compliance and Security: We may use your information to enforce our Terms of Service and usage policies, to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service (for example, detecting prohibited content requests), and to ensure the security of our platform. If necessary, we will use and disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide and improve the Service:
- Cookies: Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us recognize you on future visits, understand how you interact with our site, and remember your preferences. We use cookies for purposes such as keeping you logged in (if applicable), saving your settings, and collecting analytics data about site traffic and interactions.
- Analytics: We may use third-party analytics tools that utilize cookies or scripts to collect and analyze information about site usage. This helps us gauge the effectiveness of our website and marketing. Any analytics collected are subject to the third party's own privacy policies.
- Your Choices: You can usually instruct your browser to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, note that if you disable or delete cookies, some parts of our site might not function properly.
By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.
How We Share Your Information
We value your privacy and do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service. For example, we use third-party AI platforms (such as large language model providers) to process your text prompts and generate content. Similarly, if you make payments, we may use third-party payment processors (e.g., credit card processing services) to handle billing securely. These service providers are given access only to the information necessary to perform their functions, and they are contractually obligated to protect it and use it solely for providing services to us.
- Social Media Platforms: If you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to GetAdly to enable automated posting, we will share content you approve (such as posts with images and captions) with those platforms on your behalf using the access tokens you authorize. We only share the content you explicitly choose to publish (images and text captions). We do not share your personal information, page access tokens, or any other data with Facebook or Instagram beyond what is strictly necessary to publish your approved content. We comply with Facebook's Platform Policy and do not use data from your social accounts for any purpose other than providing the publishing service you request. We do not access, collect, or share your friends' information, personal profile data, or any data beyond what is required for publishing posts.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., law enforcement or regulatory agencies). We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend our rights or property, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event that GetAdly is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved in such transactions and provide notice before your personal information is subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Importantly, we do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes the use of encryption and secure protocols for data transmission, restricted access to databases storing personal data, and regular review of our security practices.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You share and use our Service at your own risk, and it is important that you also take steps to secure your account (for example, by protecting access to your email account and using strong passwords).
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law:
- Content you provide and the outputs we generate may be stored in your account history so that you (and we, with your authorization) can reference past requests and maintain continuity in service.
- If you cancel your subscription or stop using GetAdly, we may retain certain information for a period of time in backups or archives, or as required for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We will securely dispose of or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
- Facebook and Instagram Data: If you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account, we store your page IDs and access tokens only for as long as your account is connected to our Service. If you disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from our Service, or if Facebook revokes our app's access, we will immediately delete all access tokens and page identifiers associated with your account. We comply with Facebook's data retention requirements and will delete this data within 90 days of disconnection, or immediately upon your request.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. We strive to honor these rights for all users, including:
- Access and Correction: You may request access to the personal information we have on file for you, and you can ask for corrections or updates to any inaccuracies. Much of your basic information (like business profile info) can be updated by contacting us.
- Deletion: You can request that we delete personal information we hold about you. If you wish to delete your data or your account with GetAdly, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting us at the information provided below. When you request account deletion, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this 30-day period, you can contact us to restore your account if you change your mind. After 30 days, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You can also request deletion of your Facebook or Instagram data by disconnecting your accounts through our Service interface, or by contacting us directly. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and Facebook's Platform Policy, which may allow or require us to retain certain information (e.g., for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes) for a limited period.
- Opt-Out of Communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as marketing messages) at any time by contacting us or using any unsubscribe mechanism provided. Note that you will still receive transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for us to provide the Service (for instance, messages containing your generated content or important account notices).

Please note that to protect your privacy and security, we may take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests concerning your personal data.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 16, please do not use the Service or provide any personal data to us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age limit without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we might have information from or about a minor, please contact us so that we can address the issue.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we update the policy, we will change the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we may also provide a more prominent notice (such as a notification on our website or a direct message via our Service).
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
