You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. This page explains what happens when you cancel and how to submit a cancellation request correctly.

How cancellation works

• Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
• Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• Options and add-ons can be cancelled at any time and end on their next subscription anniversary date.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Return Policy.
