Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. This page explains what happens when you cancel and how to submit a cancellation request correctly.

How cancellation works

• Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
• Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• Options and add-ons can be cancelled at any time and end on their next subscription anniversary date.

Cancelling a subscription disables future renewals only. It does not refund, reverse, or prorate payments already made for the current billing period, including monthly or annual prepaid plans.

Annual plans and other prepaid subscription plans are paid in advance for the selected subscription period. Cancellation of an annual or prepaid plan stops future renewal only and does not create a refund, partial refund, or prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Return Policy.

Annual and prepaid plan payments may only be eligible for a refund during the standard refund window stated in the Return Policy, and only if all refund eligibility conditions are met, including the usage/output limit.

Once the refund window has passed, or once the account has exceeded the allowed usage/output limit for refunds, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, including for unused months, low usage, dissatisfaction with generated results, or cancellation after purchase.
