The short answer
No. As of 2 October 2026, Meta Muse is not available in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt or any other Arab country. Meta lists Muse as available in the US and Canada. It launched in the US on 8 September 2026, and Meta has not published a rollout date for other countries.
Muse is not the same thing as Meta AI. Meta AI is the assistant inside WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and it has been available in several Arab countries, with Arabic support, since February 2025. Muse is a separate personal agent with its own app, and it has not followed yet.

What Meta has said so far
- 8 September 2026. Meta introduced Muse and started the rollout in the US on iOS, Android and muse.ai.
- 29 September 2026. Meta launched Muse for Small Business and described it as available in the US and Canada.
- Meta’s Help Center. “The Muse app and website are not yet available everywhere. If they are available for you, some features may not yet be available in your area.”
Meta has not named the next countries or given a timetable. The Muse app’s App Store listing includes Arabic among its languages, but access still depends on where your account is.
Does a VPN unlock Muse?
People outside the US report that a VPN does not unlock Muse, because access is tied to the account and not only to the connection. We do not recommend workarounds. They can put your Meta account at risk, and a tool you depend on for your business should be one you are allowed to use.
