Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 27, 2026
We believe Adly delivers real value for creating ads, videos, and social content with AI. If it does not meet your expectations, this refund policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.
Who Qualifies
Subscriptions bought directly from getadly.com may be refunded in full if both of these apply:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription start date.
- You have generated no more than 10 design outputs (videos, images, or variations). Complimentary onboarding outputs are not included in this total.
Once the 7-day window has passed, or once you exceed 10 eligible outputs beyond onboarding, payments are final.
Annual and Prepaid Plans
Annual plans and other prepaid subscription plans are paid in advance for the selected subscription period.
Cancellation of an annual or prepaid plan stops future renewal only. It does not create a refund, partial refund, or prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Annual and prepaid plan payments may only be eligible for a refund during the standard refund window stated in this policy, and only if all refund eligibility conditions are met, including the usage/output limit.
Once the refund window has passed, or once the account has exceeded the allowed usage/output limit for refunds, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, including for unused months, low usage, dissatisfaction with generated results, or cancellation after purchase.
Deadline
The refund window closes 7 days after purchase. Refunds are not available once that period has ended or once you exceed 10 design outputs beyond onboarding.
AI Outputs and Credits
Adly provides access to AI generation tools and models. Generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect, final, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Poor, unexpected, or unsatisfactory AI results do not automatically qualify for a refund. Credit compensation may be provided at Adly's discretion when there is a clear technical failure or system error.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Charges made after the 7-day window or after 10 design outputs are not eligible for refund.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds cannot be issued when:
- The 7-day period from your first payment has elapsed.
- You have generated more than 10 design outputs, excluding free onboarding outputs.
- The charge is a renewal, upgrade, or any payment after the initial subscription.
- The request is based only on poor, unexpected, or unsatisfactory AI-generated results without a clear technical failure or system error.
In these situations, payments are final and cannot be refunded, regardless of how much you used the service or whether you cancelled.

We may occasionally ask for feedback to improve the product. Your input helps us serve you better.
Exclusions
Custom work, consulting, or other bespoke services from Adly are not refundable.
